Apricot Chicken

Yummo, I just had Apricot Chicken and Rice for tea tonight and it is easy peasy!!

either chicken drumsticks or you can cut up chicken breast;
1 can of apricot nectar
1 packet of french onion soup

mix the soup and nectar together, dust chicken in flour. you can either cook it in the slow cooker or in the oven. so just put your chicken in the slow cooker or oven proof dish then poor over mixed apricot nector and soup. voula!!!

it's a fav of ours and I often cook it in my slow cooker and I often buy chicken pieces for $3.00 out of the freezer at my local shop enough chicken for a family of 5
