How are you all?

im just laxing at the moment, anyas in bed and stephs watching the tribe on a laptop we set up today for her in our bedroom.

I took the kids for a walk to the park earlier today and they played with their big tonka truck their with the sand.

I did a layout earlier and the kids made some cards.

Im going to watch some charmed on the computer soon till stephs bedtime.

i thought that i would have heaps of time to be on the computer since i was on holidays, but uh no not the case!!! hehehe, but have had fun though. it is raining here again today, so i am gunna try and get mels speed scrap done!!! have a great one whatever u are doing xxx

I am aiming for Mels speed scrap as well and its raining not as hot as it has been thank goodness

went grocery shopping for a few things today, will do a bigger shop tumorrow.

have done some exercise on the kinect for the xbox and looked for jobs for adrian as he got told today he has no job as of today.

Just watched the news and saw the big wall of water that went through Toowoomba today. I hope the people who are apart of this forum are ok and their houses have remained dry. Its so heartbreaking.

Mel hope your hubby finds another job soon put in for everything as most have on the job training and when doing a resume up and listing jobs he has done list the skills under the job

break each job down some jobs the skills may be the same but it gives the people who are doing the interviews a insight into your skills and how much experence you have

Hi everyone! I am OK ... we live only about 10mins away from Toowoomba where the 'inland tsunami' hit so we are very lucky. It has been devastating. And it's not over yet for some people. Please stay safe everyone.

Got up a sweat while cleaning Chloes room I didn't need to go for a work but geez I needed a shower a bit pongy on the nose!!!!

so back to QLD for me this weekend to pick up the kids who have been staying with Nan & Pop. No space to take scrapping stuff with me so another weekend where I wont be able to do any of the challenges - looking like it might be a slow month for me. Will see what the rest of the month holds.

we got net back a few mins ago and power back yesterday.

water went up most of our steps and almost made it inside, thank goodness it didnt.
everything under the house got washed away and our fences are all ruined.
as well as the trampoline and swingset.


was home relaxing today and bought some groceries.

I didn't realize you were also in the middle of it Mel! So glad you are all safe and dry, though I'm sure it's been a bit scary for you. Hope for your girls sake you can replace the swing set and trampoline soon. Our trampoline ended up sideways in the tree once during a big wind storm and my boys were horrified.
